1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory since 2009.

2. Q: Would you send me a product sample before I placing an order?
A: Because many customers ask for sample everyday, we can't afford all of them, so customer need to pay shipping fee in advance, the shipping fee will be deducted from the order.

3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is about 2~7 days after receiving deposit payment.

4. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Commonly 30% deposit, the balance payment against the copy of B/L.

5. Q: What is your loading port?
A: Qingdao Port, China

6. Q: Can we print our own design?
A: Yes, you can, but the costs and MOQ will be high. Please contact us for more details.
